AMENDING THE 2025 DISTRICT ATTORNEY'S OFFICE BUDGET: ADMINISTRATIVE ADJUSTMENTS

 

                     Introduced: 11/10/25

By Audit and Finance Committee:

 

                     WHEREAS, The District Attorney’s Office has requested authorization to amend the 2025 District Attorney’s Office Budget in order to allocate funding to the Enhanced Pay line in order to properly fund the line through the remainder of the 2025 fiscal year, and

 

                     WHEREAS, The District Attorney has indicated that such transfer will be budget-neutral, now, therefore, be it

 

                     RESOLVED, By the Albany County Legislature that the 2025 District Attorney’s Office Budget is hereby amended as follows:

 

 

and, be it further

 

                     RESOLVED, That the County Attorney is authorized to approve said amendments as to form and content, and, be it further

 

                     RESOLVED, That the Clerk of the County Legislature is directed to forward certified copies of this resolution to the appropriate County Officials.
