AMENDING THE 2026 ALBANY COUNTY BUDGET: PASS-THROUGH FUNDING FROM THE NEW YORK STATE OFFICE OF MENTAL HEALTH

By Health Committee:

 

                     WHEREAS, The Director of Mental Health has requested authorization to amend the 2026 Albany County Budget to move pass-through funding received from the New York State Office of Mental Health to the Department for Children, Youth, and Families and the Department of Mental Health, and

 

WHEREAS, The Director has indicated that $61,198 will be transferred to the Department for Children, Youth, and Families and $123,836 will be transferred to the Department of Mental Health, now, therefore, be it

 

RESOLVED, By the Albany County Legislature that the 2026 Albany County Budget is amended as follows:

 

 

and, be it further

 

RESOLVED, That the Clerk of the County Legislature is directed to forward certified copies of this resolution to the appropriate County Officials.
