AMENDING THE 2026 DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH BUDGET: PUBLIC HEALTH NURSE

WHEREAS, The Commissioner of Health has requested authorization to amend the 2026 Department of Health Budget to create a new Public Health Nurse position to replace a Registered Nurse position, and
WHEREAS, The Commissioner has indicated that the budget amendment is budget neutral, now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the 2026 Department of Health Budget is hereby amended as follows,
and, be it further
RESOLVED, That the Clerk of the County Legislature is directed to forward certified copies of this resolution to the appropriate County Officials.
