AUTHORIZING AGREEMENTS WITH ROBERT H. FINKE & SONS, INC. AND CLARK EQUIPMENT, INC. REGARDING THE PURCHASE OF A BOBCAT COMPACT TRACK LOADER

 

                     Introduced:  5/12/25

By Public Works Committee:

 

                     WHEREAS, The Commissioner of the Department of Public Works has requested authorization to enter into agreements with Robert H. Finke & Sons, Inc. and Clark Equipment, Inc. regarding the purchase of a Bobcat Compact Track Loader in an amount not to exceed $109,078, and

 

WHEREAS, The Commissioner has indicated that the proposed purchase will enhance efficiencies across seven sub-divisions of the Department of Public Works, and

 

                     WHEREAS, Clark Equipment, Inc. was selected under the New York State Contract Award, now, therefore, be it

 

                     RESOLVED, By the Albany County Legislature that the County Executive is authorized to enter into agreements with Robert H. Finke & Sons, Inc., Selkirk, NY 12158 and Clark Equipment, Inc., Salem, NY 12865 regarding the purchase of a Bobcat Compact Track Loader in an amount not to exceed $109,078, and, be it further

 

RESOLVED, That the County Attorney is authorized to approve said agreements as to form and content, and, be it further

 

                     RESOLVED, That the Clerk of the County Legislature is directed to forward certified copies of this resolution to the appropriate County Officials.
